Definition and Objectives of Operational Control Committee (OCC)
The CCO is complementary to GGT, in charge of
consolidate transparency and the operational criteria, which the CCV and
Indeval provide their services, aligning with the needs of the market, as well
as to take the necessary actions so that they are controlled by control
Policies.
Operational Control
Committee Responsibilities.
The Operational Control Committee will be responsible
for ensuring compliance with the following points:
I.Establish Control Policy.
II. Define and allocate resources for compliance with the Control Policy.
III. Define standards and metrics.
IV. Assess operational atypical events.
V. Define and track corrective actions such events.
VI. Transparency and centralization of information.
Strategy
1) Report invariably any event
2) Creating a Database operational events.
3) Adoption of a single scale for assessing the risk of events.
4) Follow-up events based on statistics.
5) Follow-up agreements correction.
6) Ensure that Indeval and CCV address user complaints arising from
Operational problems
7) Have a vision proactively to prevent the largest
number of events possible.
