SECURITY COMMITTEE
 

 

The Security Committee is a formed by representatives of the operational areas, and aims to establish the operating alternative mechanism for critical processes, so as to minimize the impact to business in the event of a contingency. The Security Committee meets periodically, and the agreements generated in these sessions are reported to the Executive Committee (the Committee is formed by the top management of the BMV Group which is responsible for defining the strategy care operational contingencies) and the Group Technology Management Group.
