The Technology Management Group has the aim of making the management of IT-related projects in the Central Counterparty.

   

The Technology Management Group takes strategic decisions on the development, approval and management of IT projects with the aim of making them consistent with the business strategy of the CCV.

 

The Technology Management Group will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the following:

 

I. Consistency in the display of  technology in different areas of the CCV

II. Identify components commonly used

III. Flexibility in the structure of business

IV. Adapt to the changing needs of business

V. Use of new technologies

VI. Strengthening the structure

VII. Improving the level of maturity of the structure with the organization
